We do not require user registration or account creation (signup/login) to use our website. However, we collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily submit an application or registration form for the Dharma School or any other programs, payment request, inquiry or other communication. Depending on the program or service, this information may include:

- Contact Number / Phone Number
- Country, region or mailing address
- Preferred language
- Program or course selections
- Communications you send to us
- Payment status and transaction information
- Other program-specific information you choose to provide through a submission form

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Registration and Payment Information
When you select “Payment” or continue to the payment step, we may temporarily save the information entered in the registration form so that we can initiate and process your registration and payment.
We do not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal, under their own privacy policies and security practices.
We may receive transaction-related information from a payment provider, including:
- Payment status
- Transaction or payment-session identifier
- Payment amount and currency
- Date and time of the transaction
- Limited payer, account or contact information provided by the payment service
4. Incomplete Registrations
If you begin a registration and continue to payment but do not successfully complete the payment or registration, we may temporarily retain the information you entered.
We may use your email address to send a limited number of administrative reminders concerning only that registration before the applicable registration deadline. These reminders will not advertise unrelated courses, events, donations or services.
You may ask us to delete the incomplete-registration information or stop sending these reminders by contacting info@jungtosociety.org.
We delete incomplete-registration information no later than 30 days after the applicable registration deadline, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. How We Share and Provide Access to Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
We limit access to personal information to authorized staff members, volunteers, and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.
We may share personal information as reasonably necessary with:
- Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal
- Website-hosting, email, cloud-storage, form-processing and technical-support providers
- Service providers used to maintain participant and registration records
- Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, such as program selection, admission processing, academic administration, participant communication, record keeping, security, and legal compliance.
Once the selection or program process for the respective program, course, or event is completed, and the retention of data is no longer required for student management or legal compliance, your personal information will be securely deleted from our systems. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems or may be retained when required for financial, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Incomplete-registration information is handled according to the period described in Section 4.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
These measures include encryption in transit through SSL/HTTPS and access controls appropriate to the nature of the information.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
